How the Lab works
The Lab is an incubator for collective action.
We bring diverse organisations and individuals together around our key challenges, support them to understand the issues, experiment with solutions and share what works with the wider world.
What we’ve done so far
In October 2018, we ran a design sprint. A sprint is a way of finding good ideas by quickly building out your ideas and getting them out into the real world.
The Loneliness Lab had 20 slots open for designers, web developers, government workers, planners, and people who experience loneliness to meet and reshape urban spaces to combat loneliness. Watch the video to see how it came together.
We are actively looking for more collaborators and partners to join us, by providing research, insight or support to bring our pilot projects to life. If you are working on this agenda, or are interested in being more involved in The Loneliness Lab please get in touch.
